“ Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
- Winston Churchill
How many times have you fallen? We all have fallen more times than we can count. It's not the fall that is a measure of our success or failure. It is the courage to continue.
To strive for progress. To get back on the horse when we get knocked down. To never ever give up.
The only way to truly lose at anything in life is to give up, cut bait, and turn around. But if you dig in, reassess, evolve, and press on you will get results.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, be a better parent, or a great teammate the truth is that we all fail forward. Missing the mark is only human. But practicing until you hit it is also what seperates us from the unsuccessful.
We must learn to use all of the tools at our disposal to help us be successful. Accountability partners, mentors, tracking apps, and honest conversations are all tools that can help us make progress.
Once we hit our goals and reach our successes, then the line must move. We can celebrate the moment but then the line must move. We create new goals, commit new failures, to reach new successes.
The process continues to the body you want, the life you want, and the legacy you want.
But no matter what, dont' ever quit! You'll get there!! One foot in front of the other.
