Upon signing up for a meal plan of any size with Full Circle Food, your account will automatically be placed on a billing cycle that will charge your account on a weekly basis. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept cash or checks as a form of payment. All payments must be received by the Thursday prior to the week in which you wish to receive your meals.
All Full Circle Food meal plan subscriptions will auto-renew each week unless cancelled by the consumer. If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription you may do so by contacting Full Circle Food. If your cancellation is not received by the date of the billing cycle (every Thursday morning), your account will automatically be charged for the following week and you will be obligated to continue service through the subsequent cycle. There will be no refunds, transfers or exchanges of any kind. If you have questions about the billing cycle or cancellation policy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
By submitting your credit card details and making any purchase via fcfoodgroup.com the card holder and recipient both agree to our terms of service. Once Full Circle Food has fulfilled any order, there will be no refunds, transfers or exchanges of any kind and there are no exceptions.
If issues arise while processing payments, a representative will contact you to resolve this issue. If Full Circle Food is unable to get into contact with you and unable to process your payment the order for that coming week will be cancelled.

Our facility and meals contain products with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, fish and shellfish. While we take all reasonable steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or wheat allergies. Full Circle Food does not assume liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or items one may come into contact with. If you have a food allergy please let us know at the time you place your order so that we may cater to your needs.
